Climate changes are a global problem but to a great extent the solution shall be found locally Therefore, the international conference Climate Esbjerg ’09 focuses on local initiatives, local responsibility, and local actions in the struggle for the climate of the world. The key word is partnerships. Partnerships between business life, citizens, the public sector, and the educational sector. It may be local partnerships and it may be partnerships across borders and cultural gaps.
